Modules

Briefing: Know what changed and what needs you whenever you open Trenston. Three columns: what changed, what to decide, what to delegate, plus AI synthesis when you need the full picture.

Decision Center: Every open decision, ranked by impact. Approve, follow up, or delegate with AI confidence scores. Resolved calls stay visible with status and owner so they do not disappear after you act.

Won deals become revenue: Close the deal once. Financials and production follow. Moving a deal to won logs the revenue automatically and offers a production work order from the same deal, so pipeline and financials stay linked.

Deal ownership & follow-ups: Real owners, planned next steps, not free-text ghosts. Deals link to Sales teammates, with next-step and follow-up dates so quiet deals surface before they stall.

Financial Modeling (Growth and Business): See what a hire or a funding round does to runway before you commit. Sliders for revenue and expense growth, planned hires and one-time events, starting from your last three months of real data. Save scenarios and compare them on one chart.

Runway warnings (Every plan): Know before cash gets tight, with the maths shown. Set a minimum cash reserve and Trenston projects when cash will cross it from your burn and its trend. It also flags accelerating burn, falling revenue, a drop in completed tasks, and pipeline that will not cover your sales targets.

Metrics: Live KPIs: signal over noise. Headcount, open tasks, MRR, and burn in one view. No digging through five dashboards.

Ask Trenston: Your executive chief-of-staff, on call. Ask anything about your company, grounded in live workspace data, not generic AI.

CEO Pack: Leadership synthesis in one click. A plain-English update covering what happened, what needs attention, and what to do next, ready for your leadership team.

Daily briefing email: The company picture in your inbox, without opening the app. One email per day to the founder or CEO covering Sales, Procurement, Production, and Maintenance, separate from the weekly CEO Pack PDF. Metrics with no data yet say so plainly; nothing is invented.

Work order tracking: Production status without a separate system. Work orders move through a fixed flow with daily target-vs-actual logging, overtime cost visibility, and optional yield tracking for businesses that convert raw materials into finished goods.

Vendor memory: Re-order without starting from scratch. Procurement remembers past vendors and prices, and surfaces each vendor’s sourcing-time and delivery-delay history so you pick on performance, not just last price.

Sales order book & monthly target: See the real order book without chasing sales reps. Log buyer, country, product, price, and quantity in Trenston instead of a private spreadsheet. Rollups by country and product, a forward view of expected orders for the next 2–3 months, and a company-wide monthly target vs confirmed actual with the gap as a real number.

Procurement spend visibility: Know what purchasing actually costs this month. Total spend with breakdowns by vendor and item, plus a count of requests with no cost recorded so totals are never quietly incomplete. An optional department budget shows actual vs budget only when someone sets it. Otherwise you still see actual alone.

Equipment reliability alerts: Notice the machine that keeps coming back. Maintenance tickets for equipment issues, plus reliability alerts when the same machine repeats, and ticket-open downtime totals.

Maintenance operations: Spares, schedules, and repair cost, not just tickets when something breaks. Critical spares with a below-threshold flag, per-machine schedules that update last-serviced when a matching ticket is resolved, annual maintenance contract renewals, and overhead repair cost vs an optional budget.

Cross-department blocking: See why production is stuck, in one place. A blocked work order shows the part still in transit or the machine still in repair, and that item jumps to the top of its queue automatically.

Quick add (Ctrl+K): Capture a task, decision or note in seconds, from any page. Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac), type task, decision or note followed by what you mean, and Trenston shows exactly what it understood, including the date, person and priority. It saves only when you press Enter, and asks which person you mean if a name matches two. No AI, so it costs nothing.

Company map: See the whole company on one page, built from records you already have. Cash and runway sit in the middle, where money comes from on the left, where it goes on the right, what you have promised underneath, and your team on top. Anything going wrong shows in red with a plain next step. It shows only what your records say and asks for missing facts instead of guessing. Owner only.

Automations: Set a rule once and stop chasing the same things by hand. When a work order is overdue, a supplier delay blocks production, a legal deadline is near, a deal stalls or cash runway gets short, Trenston creates a task for the right person or shows an alert. Ready-made rules start in one click, each thing fires once, and a rule creates at most 10 tasks per run. Plans include 2 to 25 rules. No AI.

Learn as you go: New teammates learn Trenston inside Trenston. Each main page opens with a short welcome card and a Show me around tour that points at the real buttons. A ? button on every page explains it in plain words, the Get started list has a Show me button on each step, and terms like runway, burn and MRR have a small (i) that explains them.

Integrations: Your team keeps their tools. You get the picture. Connect the tools you already use so Financials, Briefing, Pipeline, and alerts stay current. Manual entry stays available for one-offs when an accounting system is connected.

Team & Access: Invite your team with the right access. Role-based packs plus per-department access. Turn on only the departments you need. Each team works in its own department; you see everything from the top.
