What Trenston does

Open Trenston and see what changed, what needs a decision, and what you can hand off, synthesized from your live company data.

One clear view of money, people, work, and decisions, so you can make the call and get back to running the business.

Run your business. Don't chase it.

Running a company should not mean rebuilding the picture every morning.

Trenston started in management meetings. The decisions were often quick. Getting to them was the slow part.

The numbers live in different places: Money in one tool, pipeline in another, hiring in a third. Nobody has the whole picture, least of all the person responsible for it.

Status means asking: A big part of a leader's week goes into asking for updates and piecing the answers together from spreadsheets, email and chat.

Decisions get lost: Approvals vanish into chat threads. Weeks later, nobody can find what was decided, or why.

Missing data looks like zero: An empty cell can be mistaken for a zero, so a gap in the data quietly becomes a wrong number.

Built around the person who has to decide.

It tells you what it does not know: Where data is missing, Trenston shows "Add data" instead of a made-up zero. Ask Trenston answers from your workspace and is instructed to say when something has not been entered.

It is built around the decision: The Decision Center ranks open calls, drafts a recommendation with a confidence score, and waits for you to confirm. Nothing becomes a decision until you do.

It sits on top of your tools: Connect QuickBooks, Xero, SAP Business One, HubSpot and Slack instead of replacing them. Start free and explore a built-in demo company before you enter anything.

It is a team workspace, not a solo dashboard: You hand work to managers and they work in it too. Each person sees their own departments, assignees get an email when work is delegated, and financial data stays limited to people you grant Financials access.

The product

Trenston brings together what is happening across your company (money, sales, people, and day-to-day work) in one place, so you do not have to bounce between five tools or chase three people for a status update. It shows what needs a decision from you, lets you hand off what does not, and keeps a simple record of what happened.

Who it is for

Founders building the company: You are still close to the work, but you should not drown in status chasing. Trenston gives you the whole company in one view, and a clear picture to share with investors and your team, without hiring a chief of staff.

Owner-operators and traditional businesses: Manufacturing, services, agencies, family companies. Trenston is built for running the operation, not a tool only venture-backed startups use.

CEOs and leadership teams: From a handful of people to a full leadership bench. Finance, sales, ops, and production keep their own pages. You get one synthesized view.

What you get

Briefing: What changed, what needs a decision, and what you can hand off, synthesized from your live data every time you open it.

Decision Center: Pending approvals ranked by impact. Trenston recommends which to tackle first and why.

Ask Trenston: "What's our biggest risk this quarter?" answered from your financials and pipeline, not the internet.

CEO Pack: A summary of growth, cash, team pulse, and open decisions, generated in one click, ready to share with your co-founders, investors, or leadership team.
